Hello world! Oh, how I have missed you! I vowed to myself this year that I would learn how to take time for me and take care of myself. I started by buying me a 'to me from me' gift - the first four sweat'n to the oldies videos by Richard Simmons. I know, I know.... You don't have to tell me. But I needed something that would make working out fun and not a chore. Boy did I find it. I LOVE THEM! Yes, the clothes are hilarious and Richard isn't as annoying as I thought he would be. I am figuring out why everyone says it is so great to work out! I am also using an app called Lose It! A friend of mine told me about it. I helps you keep track of what you eat and drink but also of your calorie intake and gives you a calorie goal for the day! I am hoping that you all will be 'seeing less' of me in the near future!
I will keep ya posted. So far this week I have worked out twice. Trying to shoot for 5 days in a row!
